On the background you can see the storage cabinet I designed back in 2006. I built it myself entirely and it was inspired by the old Dutch wall tiles that used to vary in colour due to inferior production techniques It\u2019s exactly those imperfections that gave them their charm.<\/p>\n

Folding chair<\/h3>\n

On the right you can see the folding chair I designed from broom handles back in 2013. I also prototyped it together with a skilled carpenter in Culemborg. The concave shape was milled from the rods to form the seat and backrest. The chair has been part of an exhibition in the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen<\/a> in my hometown Rotterdam.<\/p>\n

Side table<\/h3>\n

On the foreground is Roots side table<\/a> which I designed recently. Again, a design that I built myself.
