Stilst designer furniture is characterized by its timelessness and understated sparkle. With that, they blend seamlessly into modern, minimalist interiors. We love distinctive products that have a story but are always part of something bigger. And which make the entire interior stronger. Thus, in our designs, we strive to create a whole that is more than the sum of its parts.

Stilst’s furniture collection was designed in its entirety by architect Reinier de Jong. Starting in 2009, he created some sensational designs that received frequent worldwide publicity. For example, REK bookcase was one of 100 designs in the “Book of Ideas” by Dezeen, the world’s leading design blog.

In 2015, he founded the Stilst brand to develop a line of products that fit into timeless, minimalist interiors. With the Stilst collection, he managed to sell his collection through more than 40 stores at some point. Today, the designer furniture can be ordered exclusively in their own webshop and on the leading design platform 1stDibs. The Steel folding chair has been part of an exhibition at Museum Boijmans van Beuningen.
