Natural Building Materials

The villa is constructed of wood frame construction, using only natural insulation material to ensure an optimal indoor climate.
The wooden cladding, made of FSC-certified wood, also reinforces the sustainable character of the house.
It also gives a timeless and natural look that blends perfectly with the surrounding nature.
Moreoverm the vegetation roof contributes to biodiversity and provides effective temperature regulation.
